Professional Organizing Services will teach you the skills you need to solve a lifetime of organizing problems by designing systems and processes using established organizing principles. These organizing solutions are tailored to meet your organizing needs, now and in the future.
Art and Accessory sourcing This service is provided for clients that need additional warmth in their space and need assistance with sourcing the proper art and accessories to make their space complete. This service is done with or with out the client and with a focus on eco friendly products.
A 50% deposit is required after determining your budget. Customer orders require a payment in full and are none refundable.
Space Definition and Reassignment
How It Works:
Initially, we meet with you for a Re-Design consultation. It is at this meeting that we walk through your house, room by room. We discuss what you love and what you don't, what works and what doesn't, and what changes may be made. We'll find out where the "unseen" treasures may be hidden -- Together we finalize the scope of the project, discuss our guarantee, and set the date for the Re-Design session. On the day of your Re-Design Session, we ask that you "leave home" for the day. While you are away, The Orchidstrators Re-Designs team will move furniture, hang pictures, and create inviting, functional spaces. When you return you will be walking into your new home
Staging, Furniture editing, and Re arrangement The benefit of working with The Orchidstrators is that we use your existing furniture and accessories as much as possible before considering other costly options.
The Process:
Identifies and enhances each room’s most marketable feature by skillfully placing furniture, art and accessories to highlight the home’s characteristics. Reduces and/or eliminates visual distractions (i.e. clutter, personal belongings and excess furniture) Areas needing attention and repair are identified and corrected prior to staging date.
One-Day Interior Makeovers
A new alternative to conventional interior decorating, redesign involves the artful rearrangement of the furniture, artwork, and accessories you already own and treasure in your home. Together we can create a whole new look for your rooms for less than the cost of a new piece of furniture!
